Located in Iowa Falls, the owners of long-time local staple Dairy Queen awoke to learn that a devasting fire had taken their business.

Through their commitment to Iowa Falls, they chose to rebuild on their existing site and keep the work local through utilizing King for reconstruction. The project entailed a full demolition of the building and the construction of a 5,000 square feet pre-engineered Butler Building and interior buildout. The project was unique in that the existing site was not conducive to Dairy Queens new franchise construction plans. King worked with corporate executives and VJ Engineering of Cedar Falls to custom design the building and site layout to make the existing site suitable for the client’s needs.
