King Construction was contacted by a commercial developer to build a 50,000-square-foot pre-engineered Butler Building located in the Cedar Rapids Airport Business Park adjacent to Interstate 380 in the “Corridor.”

The “Corridor” is an economic region experiencing explosive growth between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. The project included architectural panels and parapet bump out walls to complement the aesthetics of the adjacent businesses. The building is currently occupied by multi businesses with The Baker Group acting as the main tenant. The Baker Group is commercial contractor specializing in commercial mechanical systems.
