King Construction was hired by Highland Country Club just up the road from our headquarters in Iowa Falls, Iowa to construct a new 5,100 square feet clubhouse and event space.

The building was a stick frame construction style and integrated high-end finishes on the exterior and interior. The interior integrated a commercial grade kitchen, restrooms, bar area and event space. King and the club members were particularly pleased with poured in place decorative concrete bar and decorative concrete patio, a first for King Construction.
