The Ecumenical Tower is an 11-story residential complex with eighty-one apartments: 71 one-bedroom apartments with 530 square feet (estimated), and 10 studio apartments with 450 square feet (estimated). King Construction was excited to replace the exterior insulation finish system often referred to as EFIS and the windows on both sides of the building.
