King Construction believes customer service is a core value and keeps our customers coming back.  That was evidenced in two recent projects at Dale Howard Motor Company just up the street from our headquarters in Iowa Falls, Iowa.    

Project Specifications

  • 8,000 sq. feet 
The first project entailed an 8,000 square feet showroom addition and interior build out. The project added bathrooms, client waiting area and offices. The second most recent project included a 2,700-square-foot addition to the service area to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience. The project included new service desk, glass enclosed waiting area and larger service entrance for multiple vehicles.
