King Construction was contacted by a commercial real-estate developer to construct a commercial building for the end user ABC Supply Company in the Cedar Rapids Airport Commercial and Industrial Park.

The business park is located adjacent to Interstate – 380 in the exploding area known as “The Corridor” between Cedar Rapids and Iowa City.  The 60,000 square foot pre-engineered Butler MFG. widespan building encompasses 52,000 square feet of warehouse and 8,000 square feet of retail space.  The project included Butler’s patented MR-24 standing seam roof with a 30-foot sidewall and two loading docks.
