This building is located in the Cedar Rapids Eastern Iowa Airport Industrial Park adjacent to Interstate 380, King was tasked by a 3rd party commercial developer to build a 50,000 square foot multi use flex space pre-engineered Butler Building.

The project incorporated the Butler patented MR-24 roof, architectural wall panels and shadow walls to fit with the overall aesthetics of the adjacent business park. King self-performed the concrete and building erection along with acting as general contractor on the project. The building is currently occupied by Kinzler Construction Services who are a family and employee-owned construction supplier with locations throughout the Midwest.
